We have a new date for the RMV - Saturday the 29th of September.

 

It will be an ALL DAYLIGHT affair with 8 Special Stages over 140km with just 153km of transport.

The Start, Service & Finish will all be at Mt George Mill, courtesy of long time Club Member & Rally supporter, Max French.

There will be catering from brekky on and a FREE BBQ at the finish for Crews, Service Crews & Officials.

First event is the the Hastings Sporting Car Club on Sunday the 19th of February.

Don't forget we have a working bee this weekend.

Might not be able to do much outside, but there is plenty to do indoors!

The AGM & 2012 Calendar metting will be held at the Taree Leagues Club this Saturday from 3.30pm.

If you would like to be a part of the organising team please contact our Pres, Grant McQuillan.

There is much to be done beforehand(of course) but man power on the day is critical to success.

We need the usual array of Control Officials and Road Closures but we also need to a team to set up & run the event, so Stage Commanders and their assistants are at the top of the shopping list.

We also need a number of field Officials for various jobs including, Spectator Marshalls, Course Cars,(Zeros, Sweep & Recovery etc) and general assistants.

It is good fun & very rewarding for a job well done.
